Since Blogger.com cannot be rearranged, that is, your 1st Post which is supposed to be the Header of your blog topic will always go to the bottom and not the first one that visitors to your blog will see I AM REARRANGING MY BLOG by COPYING IT and ARRANGING THE POSTS with the TOP (header) as the 1st one to be seen by visitors.
